Pre-schools, Nurseries & Schools

As part of PE, PHSE or an extracurricular activity at Primary Schools.
Lessons can be aligned with year group topics/ curriculum, address classroom dynamics or to help at specific times of the term (eg – test preparation)

Gyms and Yoga Studios

If you practice yoga, you know how good you feel after…. And we believe children should
experience this too! Let us know if you would Little Yoga Tree to teach at your gym or studio. Currently teaching at Sarvanga Studio, Wokingham.

Private yoga classes

We can teach in the comfort of your own home, for both children only and family yoga sessions. Little Yoga Tree will get to know your family and tailor the lesson to what you desire.

Parties

A unique way to celebrate! During their yoga party, children will learn yoga poses, dance to great music, play yoga games & be creative with their friends. Parties are personalised to your child’s age and theme of their choice.

Little Yoga Tree offers children's yoga 
classes to aged 2 to 13 year old's

Seedlings

2-5 Years
Introduce yoga to children in a fun and playful way from age 2. Lessons incorporate easily understood breathing techniques, basic yoga poses, concentration exercises and time for relaxation. Shorter classes with an energetic pace in recognition of their attention spans!

Budding Yogis

6-9 Years
As children enter school age & advance physically and cognitively, they will learn yoga poses through fun story-telling and games. An introduction to mindfulness, partner work & the importance of self-care.

Blooming Yogis

10-13 Years
As stress, uncertainty and frustration arise, children’s yoga helps them stay calm and be in the present. Lots of positive messages to encourage compassion, lots of laughter and the introduction of more challenging poses to strengthen bodies.
